Recycle Your Christmas Tree

The City of Albuquerque offers treecycling!

Instead of sending your old Christmas tree to the landfill, turn it into mulch this year! The City of Albuquerque and PNM are proud to provide treecycling for free this year.

Drop your tree off from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, January 2 through Friday, January 9 at any of the following locations:

  • Montessa Park Convenience Center (Map)
  • Eagle Rock Convenience Center (Map)
  • Ladera Golf Course (Map)

Your tree will be chipped on site, and you can take it back home in mulch form!
